At Achievement First, we prepare our students to deepen their knowledge of self and community, to excel at college, career and life, and to lead lives of purpose and leadership.

Achievement First Crown Heights Elementary School is part of Achievement First, a nonprofit network of public charter schools in New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. We provide a rigorous, college-preparatory education that prepares thousands of K–12 students for college and the opportunities that come with an excellent education. Across the network, Achievement First students consistently outperform those in top districts across New York.

Meet Our Principal

The principal at Achievement First Crown Heights Elementary School, bringing 17 years of experience in education. She spent a decade as a classroom teacher, earning recognition as a master teacher. During this time, she authored the 3rd-grade math curriculum for the network and consistently achieved exceptional academic results, with 99% of her students scoring proficient or advanced on the New York State Exam.

Over the past five years, Mallory has served as a leader across multiple AF Schools. As an Academic Dean and Dean of School Culture, she guided 2nd through 4th-grade teachers in math and science while fostering a positive student culture. She successfully completed the principal-in-residence program in 2022 and now proudly serves as the Principal of Achievement First Crown Heights Elementary School. Before joining AF Crown Heights Elementary School, Mallory served as the Principal at Achievement First Endeavor Elementary School.
