Achievement First Crown Heights Elementary School is part of Achievement First, a nonprofit network of public charter schools in New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. We provide a rigorous, college-preparatory education that prepares thousands of K–12 students for college and the opportunities that come with an excellent education. Across the network, Achievement First students consistently outperform those in top districts across New York.
Meet Our Principal
Mallory, the principal at Achievement First Crown Heights Elementary School, brings 17 years of experience in education. She began her career as a classroom teacher, spending a decade honing her craft and earning recognition as a master teacher. During that time, she authored the 3rd-grade math curriculum for the Achievement First network and consistently achieved exceptional academic results—99% of her students scored proficient or advanced on the New York State Exam.
Over the past five years, Mallory has served in leadership roles across multiple Achievement First schools. As both Academic Dean and Dean of School Culture, she supported 2nd through 4th-grade teachers in math and science while helping build a strong, positive student culture. In 2022, she completed the principal-in-residence program and now proudly leads Crown Heights Elementary as its principal.
Before joining Crown Heights, Mallory served as the Principal at Achievement First Endeavor Elementary School.
